Beginner Yoga

 

For those new to yoga, this class is a great opportunity to discover the benefits of yoga! Gentle stretching with some exertion. Modifications of poses done to meet the ability. Vinyasa Flow and Hatha styles of yoga.

Intermediate Yoga

 

A level up from beginner, for students who want to push themselves. Using the knowledge gained in the beginner classes, continue to develop through learning to move with ease and grace through the Vinyasa Flow and various asanas (poses).

Gentle Yoga

 

Experience yoga, regardless of your mobility limitations.

 

Couples Yoga

 

Couples Yoga will bring a new awareness to your body.  Stretching, breathing and learning the connection between your mind, breath and muscle movement.

MS Yoga

 

Yoga specially designed to help those living with MS.

Prenatal Yoga

 

Yoga Tailored for expecting mothers. Bond with your baby and enjoy the emotional, mental, and physical benefits of yoga.

Tween & Parent
